Yes. I had to change a leaky line on a stock NA with EGR with engine in about 15 yrs ago. It is a multi curse, skin damaging exercise. Since then I have eliminated extra joints (so the hardlines) where possible. The hoses are all connected using standard Nissan clamps. I don't believe that the extra hose length is a concern (no dis Bernie :-)
